Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the hamlet Port d'Envaux 4 km from the centre of Saint Vincent-de-Cosse, 5 km from the centre of Beynac-et-Cazenac, 16 km from the centre of Sarlat-la-Canéda, 100 m from the river. For shared use: property 8'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool fenced (12 x 10 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 28.Sep.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, barbecue house. In the house: reception, WiFi. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises. Nice big apartment, ours even has a huge window with a view of the river. Lots of space and the kitchen is well equipped with a giant fridge, washing machine with integrated dryer(!), dishwasher, toaster, microwave. Small deductions in the B grade for cooking utensils (pan and pots for 6 people borderline small, TV only French channels and no kitchen and washing up equipment (even coffee filters are not available - so bring everything with you!). Cleanliness in detail also with room for improvement

We explicitly chose an apartment for 6 because we have 2 teenagers, and we didn't complain. There was plenty of space, which is not always the case in France (according to our experience). The pool was very pleasant (we had days of 36+ degrees. In the immediate vicinity we could canoe, there was a climbing course as well as a restaurant and snack bar. For other things the car was required. It was also very quiet.

The place is quiet and full of charm. Located close to the center canoe kayak with the Dordogne as a background not to mention a pleasant swimming pool. I highly recommend Le Clos des Rives

Very nice accommodation with a wonderful pool idyllically on the Dordogne. Less nice the hidden additional costs: final cleaning costs 70 euros. If you do it yourself you have to pay 5 Doro for an old cleaning rag and cleaning agent. There is nothing in the apartment: neither washing-up liquid, nor rags, nor a tea towel, nor washing-up liquid.

Very nicely located accommodation. Everything was like in the photos. The apartment was very well equipped. Everything was clean. Each apartment also has a fixed parking space. Of course you have to keep in mind that you are not in a city and cannot even go out for a quick meal or go shopping. Unfortunately, the deposit is not accepted by credit card like everywhere else. This means paying in cash first and the amount will be transferred later. In the holiday apartment there are no cleaning agents, spices or the like from the previous guest (as is sometimes the case), you need everything (including dishwasher tabs). There is very good access to the river (public beach) directly at the property. We went in the river several times which was lovely. The better and larger supermarkets for shopping are in Sarlat.
