All in all, the house was ok, but the biggest drawback is that an adult cannot stand in the rooms on the 1st floor. For children ok. Despite the air conditioning, sleeping on the first floor was a challenge as it got very hot directly under the roof. A detailed evaluation is welcome.

Very qualitative product, clean and decorated with great care. Small garden and terrace certainly but sufficient for BBQ and lunch on the terrace. Arcachon holiday atmosphere guaranteed. House which is located 2 steps from the port of La Teste and its oyster farmers but also from the town center and its amenities. 10 minutes by bike from the city center of Arcachon and its beach. Parking and train station in front of the house which is very practical. I recommend this product.

The house is functional, bathed in light, well equipped. The main room is magnificent and the small garden charming. For 4 people the shower room and the only WC are sufficient. Please note: the small attic bedroom is only accessible to young children (height less than 1m50). The environment (the station and the electrical transformer) is not very beautiful but we are close to the city center on foot and the port of La Teste. A big thank you to xxx and his colleague for their kindness!
