The traditional village of Eckington is situated on the Northwest side of Bredon Hill, an outcrop of the famous Cotswold hills, and is surrounded by the River Avon.

Here you can leave the car behind as you are well served by foot, there is a well-stocked village store and two good pubs. You can embrace the outdoors with waymarked paths for both walking and cycling, follow the riverside walks from Strensham Lock or enjoy a day’s fishing on the River Avon, where canoes, kayaks and paddleboards can also be utilised.
