The village of Eckington is situated on the north west side of Bredon Hill, an outcrop of the famous Cotswold hills, and is surrounded by the River Avon.

Here you can leave the car behind as you are well served on foot, there is a well stocked village store and two good pubs. You can embrace the outdoors with waymarked paths for both walking and cycling, follow the riverside walks from Strensham Lock, or enjoy a day s fishing on the River Avon, within half a mile.
