Outside there is a rear non-enclosed lawn with patio and furniture, plus off-road parking for 4 cars with EV charging. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Within 0.6 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the price. There is also a travel cot and highchair. Explore the countryside of West Yorkshire with a stay at The Farmhouse. Note: The cottage is situated on the owner's land and is accessible via a long bumpy drive approx. 300 metres.

Area East Morton is a pleasant, countryside village resting between Bingley and Keighley. The village is known for its ideal rural location, situated on the northern side of Airedale valley and bounded by Rombalds Moor and the woodland of Morton Beck, and offers a choice of attractions including Fardew Golf Course and The National Trust's East Riddlesden Hall. Dining options include Busfeild Arms, a public house named after the local Busfeild family who lived in the area in the 19th century, while you can stock up on the essentials at the nearby East Morton Community Shop. The larger market town of Keighley is within easy reach, where you can find further attractions and amenities, such as supermarkets, the Devonshire Park and Cliffe Castle.
