Inside, the rooms are well suited to cosy gatherings with children’s amenities available on request. You can also enjoy access to a tennis court during your stay, plus it’s just a short walk to Bosham’s picturesque seafront.

*Please note this home is best suited to six adults and four children due to the rooms with bunk beds.
*The second children's bedroom now features two single beds for adults instead of bunk beds.
*Your host can provide a cot for free upon request. Children will also need to be supervised outside at all times.
*Please let your host know two weeks in advance if you would like to use the hot tub during your stay.
*Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home. Guests are also asked to observe quiet hours outside from 7pm.
*The hosts have two rabbits in a large pen within the grounds – they come to feed them around 5pm every day.
