Angmering sits idyllically between the South Downs National Park to the north and the south coast. Angmering offers a couple of pubs, a convenience store, a choice of takeaways and a range of other amenities, as well as a golf course on the outskirts of the village. For a wider range of things to see and do, the popular seaside town of Worthing is just six miles away, served by a multitude of places to shop, eat, drink and keep yourself busy. Its sandy beach and pier make for a fabulous day by the sea. Alternative locations nearby include Bognor Regis, Chichester and Brighton, all well worth a visit. You can also venture into the South Downs, a rural landscape offering undulating countryside for walking, cycling and taking in the luscious scenery.
