Cotswold View is a wonderful holiday home in the Cotswolds, just outside Clifford Chambers on the owner's sheep and arable farm. The property is a wing of the owner's home and is welcome to two people, with one double bedroom and a single bedroom. There is also a bathroom and downstairs, an open plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner. The garden is enclosed and lawned, with a patio, furniture and beautiful views! In a lovely rural spot, Cotswold View is a lovely retreat for walkers and those looking to relax.

Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Shared external utility.

Area
Situated on the edge of the Cotswolds, the peaceful village of Clifford Chambers is just three miles from Stratrord-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare. The village has a beautiful old church and a pub that serves wonderful home-cooked food whilst Stratford is close by for other amenities and wider choice of shops and places to eat. Many of the buildings in Stratford date back to medieval times and the architecture of the town is fascinating. Clifford Chambers is well placed to visit towns, villages and other attractions in the area including Chipping Campden, Warwick Castle and Hidcote Gardens. The area is a delight and there is an array of things to do and see making it a fantastic holiday destination all year round.

Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Max. 2 guests, not including infants.

The cottage was very-well equipped and extremely comfortable.. There was adequate kitchen equipment, but perhaps one or two additions could be helpful, although I realise that different people have different expectations. There was a great welcome, and the location was peaceful and restful.

A lovely cottage which perfectly suited my requirements.. Extra touches like the fridge being stocked with a few of both essentials and luxuries, and seasonally relevant ornaments around the house made me feel especially welcomed and cemented this cottage as a good choice.

No— this is the second time we have stayed at Clifford Chambers and found Cotswold View and The Dairy very comfortable and well equipped.. Waitrose is just down the road and trips into Stratford and to NT places were easy. You do need a car. Owners are very welcoming.

We were expecting a rather small cottage but the reality was a spacious downstairs room and two bedrooms of a reasonable size (1 double and 1 single).. The bathroom was small but very well set out. It seemed that almost all items required had been provided and overall the comfort and facilities led to a very pleasing stay. One of the best, this one!

Wonderfull! Brandnew house, near Stratford upon Avon, with lovely view on Cotwolds from well situatef terrace. Washingmachine and dryer in separate room outside the cottage. Bathroom perfect. Clean, comfortable. Supermarket nearby, as well as The New Inn for a drink, lunch or diner. Good location for trips (Stratford uA, Oxford). Very nice people. Are there for you if you need them.

The cottage was clean and beyond expectations.. The view of the countryside from the window was good to see every morning and having your own section of garden with a patio was a bonus. The owners are polite and made us feel comfortable. Although the cottage is in the countryside it is only a relatively short. distance from Stratford. I can recommend this cottage without any reservations.

This cottage was a fairly last minute choice, which wasn't that expensive, so I'm not sure what we were expecting.. However, when we arrived we were very pleased, as the cottage was actually more spacious and comfortable than it ;looked online. It had great views from the kitchen window and would be a really lovely place to visit in summer. The beds were very comfortable and helped towards a good night's sleep. Also the cottage is in a very convenient position for all Warwickshire has to offer and also for the Cotswolds. Perhaps the only downside was that the boiler seems to be housed in the owner's cottage next door and could be heard in the bedroom sometimes at night (may not bother you if you're not a light sleeper) Otherwise really good and enjoyable. Would definitely book again

The cottage was superb in every way: clean, comfortable and everything worked perfectly.. Examples: fabulous shower, loads of extra towels, lovely (if compact) kitchen, wi-fi was really fast, DVD linked efficiently to the TV., sofa/armchair very comfortable, cottage easy to find, proper road into the farm, excellent parking facilities. All-in-all a perfect cottage.
