Astondene offers a truly luxurious holiday home located in a prime position on Southwold's seafront. The property offers ideal accommodation for all to enjoy, whether you are two families with teenagers looking for their own space, or even two couples, Astondene has something for all to enjoy. Please note bedroom 3 is located in the basement and houses two sets of bunk beds. Note: This property can not accept Sunday changeovers. Upon entering the property you are welcomed into the warm and sumptuous open plan sitting/dining kitchen area, bursting with style. In the summer time open up the beautiful sash windows and enjoy the sound of the sea and the sun filling the room, whilst in the winter you can enjoy the warmth from the gorgeous wood-burning stove. Conveniently located on the ground floor is a shower room, ideal for washing off those sandy toes after a day a t the beach. On the first floor are two fantastic bedrooms and family bathroom. Down into the basement is a cleverly designed 'Den', ideal for children looking to hang out and enjoy movie nights, with two built in bunk beds.

Area
Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
