Sea Breezes is a mid-terrace cottage in the village of Pakefield just two miles from Lowestoft. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom with en-suite bath and one twin room. Also in the cottage are a kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room with comfy seat and sitting room with electric fire. Outside is roadside parking and a courtyard with furniture. Situated on the Suffolk coast, Sea Breezes is a lovely family holiday cottage all the year round.

Two bedrooms: 1 x double with TV and en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen. Dining room with comfy seating.

Area
Pakefield is a suburb of Lowestoft, however it was historically a village in its own right and is home to the parish church of All Saints and St Margarets. Pakefield has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants and is home to The Seagull Theatre, as well as an art gallery.

Region
Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Unrestricted roadside parking in front of property. Enclosed, private decked area and yard with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, on ground floor only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Only bathroom in property is the en-suite to the double bedroom. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £250.00. Note: The electric fire that can be seen in the pictures is no long available.

You might be familiar with soft close toilet seats and lids.. These close very slowly under their own weight. A problem for people with those is that all other lids and seats everywhere are not soft close, sometimes catching people out ! The Eco fifty degree / minute dish washer cycle seemed to take quite a while. Nevertheless the plates and cutlery were sparkling afterwards. I didn't use the washing machine as the weather wouldn't let me get it all dry before going home. I thought the central heating arrangement / programme is a work of absolute genius - most impressed. My brother made use of the Wifi. I liked the regional BBC News as Well.

The cottage had everything we required and more.. Very well maintained through out. Located in good position for the sea front and local amenities. Good parking. An easy walk along the sea front to Lowestoft. Good value accomadation. Thank you to Mr. Schofield for all his help when we had to change the date due to Covid.

Our stay was too short! The cottage was very functional with all the appliances one might require and comfortable. It was ideal for our dogs, who both now like the seaside, which is lovely at Pakefield and only 200 yards from the cottage. The people were very friendly and dog friendly. Super accommodation just 200 meters from a dog friendly beach.. Very well presented with a lovely nautical theme. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom and a ground floor WC. Absolutely spotless throughout. The house has a connection with history, there is a plaque on the outside wall to commemorate a special man. We had a lovely week, and hope to return soon. Thank you

It is a lovely location, lots of dog walks along the beach, very good pub down the road and a fish and chip shop! I would definitely recommend to book this cottage, this was the second time we have been there No doubt we will book again.

Cottage well located 2 mins from sea, easy walking, no hills, pubs accommodating to dogs, area great, clean, lots to see and do, if you go after 1st April, quite before that.. But still lots to see, lovely area for a holiday. The owners of cottage very helpful and left us nice treats for when we arrived. We would defiantly go back and stay for longer.

We really enjoyed our break at Sea Breezes.. The property was even better than the photos showed and was perfect in every way. We loved the decor, cleanliness, the owners had thought of everything to make it comfortable. We enjoyed walking into Lowestoft, driving to Southward, and Covehithe. We would definitely consider re-booking this property in the future, maybe in the summer to make the most of the beach just a few minutes walk away.

The cottage was very clean.. This cottage was one of the best we have stayed in, everything was there and the bonus point was that it was so close to the beach, less than a 5min walk. The dog loved it, we will definitely use this cottage again.
