This vibrant town also invites you to stroll along the seafront, taking in the fine Edwardian architecture; head to the thrilling children’s rides at Manning’s Amusements and Ocean Boulevard, and even hop on the little foot ferry for a trip to Bawdsey. This lovely, coastal village boasts a fascinating past, set on the beautiful Deben Peninsula, with Bawdsey RADAR and Bawdsey Manor to visit. Ipswich can be reached by car or train, and offers a selection of restaurants and bars overlooking the marina at the dock. This is one of England's oldest towns boasting the youngest Grade I listed building, which is located in the centre.
