The cottage is set over three-floors and is reverse-level, where you'll find a second-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and TV and a utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with en-suite cloakroom, and a double, with direct access to the shower room. Outside, you'll find permit parking within the public car park. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop, a pub, and the harbour, and within 1.3 miles you'll find the beach. Two medium sized well-behaved dogs welcome. Please note this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Old Lighthouse Cottage is a charming abode, perfect for a family break to the shoreline of Somerset. Note: The staircase is steep and wide, yet has a rope handrail, please be careful. Note: A weekly permit can be purchased for parking.

Watchet is a charming, Somerset port town with a two-millennia-old nautical history, where visitors may browse the many quaint shops and watch the boats in the marina. The West Somerset Railway, a twenty-mile restored steam railway, runs through Watchet and continues through spectacular terrain to Minehead, approximately nine miles away, attracting railway enthusiasts from all around. The Quantock Hills climb 1,000 feet above sea level towards St Audries in the east, and the Brendon Hills and Exmoor are to the west, both easily accessible. Porlock, with its steep hill and picturesque winding alleys, Dunster, with its magnificent castle situated above the old village, and Minehead, with its sandy beach, golf course, and traditional seaside activities, are just a few of the charming coastal and inland places to visit.
