The house was spotless when we arrived - thank you Amanda! The quality of the property was outstanding - decor, furniture, beds, shower etc.
The kitchen was well stocked with a superb Miele oven, good sized fridge / freezer and a good sized island for food prep and with bar stools.
The instructions on the printed A4 sheets were first rate and the keys all well sited for the doors.
Superb portable Bose wireless music unit. Good solid WiFi signal across the house.
The location is tremendous - we sat out on the patio on the Sunday morning and could hear the church service next door.
And what a place Swinbrook is - the pub just a short walk away and a lovely walk straight from the house either right towards and past St Oswald Church or left through the fields at the pub towards Asthall. The houses in the village are so beautiful and the countryside really delightful.
NOT FOR PUBLICATION:
We think there should be a couple of roller blinds for the french doors that lead out from the kitchen on to the patio and the windows behind the kitchen dining table - every other window has a curtain or blind and the security / privacy is needed at the back of the house as there is a rear gate in the back garden that can be very easily opened and the church graveyard overlooks the kitchen.
Otherwise, highly recommended and thanks to Amanda for the superb condition of the house when we arrived.
