This cottage is right in the heart of the sought after village of Seahouses, a short walk from the harbour and the local pubs, restaurants and shops. Seahouses itself offers a huge variety of local attractions, such as the nearby Bamburgh Castle overlooking the coast, and trips to the Farne Islands, including the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, featuring a rich history and a plethora of wildlife such as seals and puffins. There are also plenty of great walking and cycling routes in the area, as well as the nearby 18 hole golf course. The market town of Alnwick, home to the gardens and the Harry Potter movie featured castle is easily accessible. The cottage is spread over two floors. The ground floor contains a lounge/diner with a TV, DVD player, a large sofa and a dining table to seat four. The lounge also features a traditional wood burner, perfect for cosy nights in. The property also contains a fully fitted kitchen with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. There is a downstairs cloakroom with a WC across the hallway. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a king size bed with hair dryer and TV, as well as a twin bedroom with two single beds, also with a TV. The second bedroom leads out to a small enclosed decking area with outdoor furniture. The family bathroom on the second floor contains a bath with shower over the bath, and underfloor heating. Outside the property, there is a small, private and enclosed patio area with furniture.
