Surrounded by open countryside on the owners working farm, and perfect for couples, Aln is a charming cottage in an impressive part of England.

Area
Longframlington is a village situated in the heart of rural Northumberland, between the Cheviots and the coast. Brinkburn Priory is a pleasant, short drive away, plus just 10 minutes’ drive to the west is the National Trust’s Cragside House and Gardens, and the Heritage Coast is just a 15-minute drive to the east. Also within driving distance is the historic town of Alnwick, with its Castle and Garden.

Northumberland is a heady combination of fishing villages, market towns, sandy beaches, magnificent castles and historic Hadrian’s Wall, tied together by beautiful countryside and abundant wildlife.

This is a gorgeous cabin, very clean with beautiful views.. It's so lovely sitting on the front porch while the dog(or children) play and frolick in the large open space and only a short walk to the pub and Northumberlands coast and walks make it an excellent base.

The cottage was better than expected and so peaceful.. The dogs had a huge field to run around with and we could get to places easily. I wished we'd booked the bigger cottage as they had an enclosed front garden and the door could be left open for dogs to go on and out. The cottage has a veranda which was South facing and a real sun trap if there had been a gate it would have been ideal to stop dogs a escaping. Will definitely go back. Thankyou
