The rest of the cottage is made up of Open plan living with kitchen, breakfast bar and sitting area. To the outside is off road parking for one car and a private garden with patio and patio with furniture plus the use of the owner's orchard with seating. The pretty hamlet of Catesby is surounded by beautiful Northamptonshire countryside, offering many outdoor activities, close to the Warwickshire border. Nearby Hellidon and Fawsley offer golf facilities and stately homes to enjoy with spa facilities and why not stay for afternoon tea. For the fishing enthusiast Boddington Reservoir is close by which is also great for wildlife watching and dog walking. Take a trip to Braunston Marina hosting many boat themed events throughout the year or enjoy walking part of the Jurassic Way or Grand Union Canal Walk. The bustling market town of Daventry has many shops, pubs and tea rooms and a twice weekly street market. Warwick's medieval castle and the impressive remains of Kenilworth Castle are nearby, as well as the elegant Royal Leamington Spa, with its Georgian and Victorian buildings. Silverstone racecourse is just 20 miles, making this an ideal location for the British Grand Prix. Pay a visit to the beautiful town of Stratford-upon-Avon, home to Shakespeare's birthplace and The Royal Shakespeare Theatre, as well as many high street and independent shops, pubs and eateries.
