All ground floor. Two bedrooms with doors to courtyard: 1 x double with en-suite bath, hand-held shower attachment, basin and WC, 1 x small double with en-suite wet room with shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Area
The picturesque village of Scalby lies just 2.5 miles from the seaside resort of Scarborough. The village centre, with its stone cottages and Victorian houses, boasts good facilities, with a pub, two local shops, a quaint tea room and a hairdressers. Surrounded by rolling hills and beautiful countryside, it makes the perfect place to stay, with numerous public footpaths and the well-known Scalby Beck, which winds its way to the coast. A weekly farmers market is held in the school grounds selling local produce. With Scarborough on the doorstep, with its fine, sandy beaches, good restaurants and bustling town centre, Scalby provides a lovely retreat after a busy day out!

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
