No. 1 Kelly Cottages is an end-terrace cottage based in the town of Scarborough in North Yorkshire. It has two bedrooms including a king size zip/link and a double room, there is also a family bathroom, the cottage can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a living dining room with a electric fire. Outside there is a back yard with a table, chairs and lockable storage. Roadside parking near to the property and in the surrounding streets, available on a first come first served basis and scratchcard permits are provided for one car only. Additional permits can be purchased from the owner. No. 1 Kelly Cottages is a fantastic cottage in a great seaside location.

Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request), 1 x double. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Living dining room with a electric fire.

Area
The town of Scarborough has fine buildings, parks and gardens, as well as a castle. North Bay and South Bay provide two beaches, popular with families and children. There is child friendly activities and visitor attractions including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Open Air Theatre. Scarborough is a great location for outdoor activities, with golf courses, coastal walks, cycle routesy, sailing and surfing. Add to this the seaside entertainment and promenades located close to the beach and Scarborough is the destination with something for everyone. Ideally situated for touring the coastline and the moors, Scarborough is an ideal base for a fun-filled break.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean.. All the mod cons you could think of and need to make it a home from home experience. Spacious, comfortable and the little welcome gifts upon arrival were very appreciated. I would definitely book this cottage again

The cottage was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated with expensive taste.. Quite clearly the best cottage I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. Thankyou very much!! The only negative comment would be the outside light which is high up and doesn’t shine enough light down so you can see keyhole and the step.

1 Kelly Cottages is a perfect home away from home.. The location couldn’t be better; round the corner from the main shops, very close to both the South and North Bays and a short walk away from the station and bus stops. If you like coastal walks they are on your doorsteps. I spent two weeks there and was able to explore the whole area by train, bus and walking. Should one have a car, there is plenty of parking space on the streets around it. Inside the cottage everything is new, stylish and at the tip of one’s fingers. Scarborough with all its attractions is on your doorsteps, too, but you will find the cottage very quiet and secluded. Jo is a perfect host and I have had a wonderful two week holiday in her beautiful cottage. I would certainly recommend it and would love to come back soon myself.
