It sleeps five people in three bedrooms, a double and two singles, one of which also has a low single pull-out stacker bed. There is also a first floor WC and a ground floor shower room, as well as a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. Outside there is a small rear patio with furniture and free roadside permit parking. You are under 10 minutes’ walk away from Scarborough’s cafes, restaurants and fish and chips shops, whilst further up the coast there are many delightful towns such as Whitby. 31 Elmville Avenue is the perfect base for a family seaside holiday. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.
