The coastal village of Walcott rests in the middle of the Norfolk coastline, within easy reach of many coastal villages like Bacton, home to the ruins of Bromholm Priory and Bacton Woods, Happisburgh with its impressive lighthouse, and Mundesley, with glorious sandy beaches. Walcott is an ideal place for walking, cycling, horse riding, fishing, bird watching or simply relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Norfolk coast. Head inland to discover National Trust properties like Blickling, Felbrigg and Holkham Halls, while the city of Norwich, with its Norman Cathedral and Castle, is also within easy reach.

The Old Barn is not fit for purpose! The bed in the first bedroom is broken. The Barn needs a deep clean. Bathroom needs a refit. Plugin air fresheners are used throughout the property to cover the mould and pet smells! The property needs attention to the bathroom and kitchen then re-inspection before offered for holiday letting.

This was the third time of visiting the old barn (4 adults and 2 dogs) as it's ideal location is close to beaches and pub restaurants. Lounge and bedrooms very comfortable. Only drawback there is only 1 very tired bathroom, not suitable for 4 and defiantly not for 6 adults .. Decorations very tired needs an overhaul. The bathroom lets the property down. The addition of a second WC would be a great improvement
