Sedgeford is a tranquil village ideally situated in the north western corner of Norfolk, and is just four miles from some of the area s loveliest beaches, including Heacham which is also home to the well known Lavender Farm.

Hunstanton is just five miles away, with a choice of shops, golf course, Sea Life centre and a glorious beach. Peddars Way, an ancient Roman road, runs through Sedgeford, leading onto the breath taking Norfolk Coastal Path.
