There is also a welcoming pub in the village, as well as a handy shop and post office, however for a wider range of shops and places to eat, head around the coast to Cromer which prides itself on its lack of chain cafes, offering instead a choice of independent restaurants and coffee shops, many serving the local crab for which the area is famous.
