Located in the heart of West Runton, a seaside village nestled between Sheringham and Cromer, with shops, cafes, a golf course and train station - why not leave the car and explore the area on foot or by train/bus! From the property, you are a few minutes’ walk away from the sandy beach with rock pools, great for crabbing and fossil hunting. Ground Floor, back door leading into the open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge: with wood burner, central island, range style electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, opening into the orangery with large windows and door leading to the mature garden and outdoor seating area. Flowing into the open plan dining room/lounge with dining table and chairs, wood burner, Smart TV and bi-fold doors leading into the garden, comfortable sofa seating two/three and one armchair. Hallway leading to snug room with TV and two comfortable armchairs. Downstairs WC and washbasin and front door. Staircase to first floor.
Stair case leading to first floor landing, with door to double bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobe. Door to twin bedded room with small TV. Outside: Mature garden with lawn and patio with seating. BBQ. Shared driveway leading to two parking spaces to the rear of the house.
Please note: 2 x well-behaved dogs at £20.00 per pet per week (not allowed upstairs). WiFi available. During the summer months a gardener and window cleaner will attend to the property weekly. Additional full log basket available at £20.00 - please advise upon booking. The owners use the separate annexe on a regular basis and will be walking through the garden to access the annexe. Location: beach 15-minute walk, cafes and shops a 4-minute stroll. Train station a 6-minute walk. West Runton Golf course 10-minute walk.
