Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, towels, WiFi and parking are all included in the rent. Sorry, smoking and pets are not allowed. Within 1.9 miles you will find a shop and within 3.8 miles, a pub. 3 Bed Barn is a superb base for exploring Lincolnshire.

Boston, a historic market town, is rich in history. Food, drink, shopping, historic sites, and events abound in Boston. It is a haven for animals and offers good walking and cycling. It is known as the gateway to Lincolnshire's magnificent countryside and canals. The town hosts a big market twice a week that has been in operation for over 450 years. Outside the market, a network of ancient streets surrounds a spectacular 14th century church, one of the East of England's most imposing structures, with a fair mix of individual and national stores.
