There is a also a kitchen/diner, a utility, a cloakroom, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a snug area with an open fire and an orangery. To the outside there is an enclosed lawned garden with seating and an outhouse holding a hot tub. There is plenty of parking up the private driveway for several cars. The Farmhouse makes for a fabulous location to enjoy a wonderful family holiday in the north east. Two well-behaved dogs welcome - not to be left unattended and a charge of £30 per dog payable in cash upon arrival.

Area Burgh Le Marsh is market town west of the coastal resort of Skegness, and just below the delightful Lincolnshire Wolds AONB. Within the town you can find a several shops and pubs so everything you need is right before you, and as the town is within easy reach of the coast there are beach days and boat trips to be had in the delightful Skegness, where there is a Seal Sanctuary, a Pleasure Fairground and a pier.
