Garden Cottage is a delightful, ground floor cottage on the owner's land, offering a superb place for couples. With one super king-size bed, which can be unlinked to create a twin on request, this is an excellent base. There's also a wet room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside, there is a large, shared lawned garden with patio and furniture. There's also bike storage and off road parking for one car, accessed via electric gates. Garden Cottage is an excellent choice for your holiday.

Area
The historical market town of Spilsby sits midway between Horncastle and the coast, offering a range of characterful pubs, independent shops and a selection of eateries, all set amongst the quaint traditional streets. Head east to find yourself beside the sea within a 20-minute drive. Spilsby is a lovely location for your Lincolnshire getaway, with a wealth of things to see and do nearby.

What an oasis of a garden, a really lovely spot to sit and relax. The hosts have done the garden proud, lots of wild birds visiting the pond. The bungalow is well maintained and stocked with everything you would need. The owners are friendly, informative but not intrusive. We found the location home from home which is what you need at our age (70's) Good luck to them in the future.

Marian and Geoff are very knowledgeable about the area and are more than happy to answer any questions you have.. The cottage is in a lovely setting overlooking a pond which attracts a variety of birds. I would also highly recommend visits to the Aviation Heritage Centre, RAF Conningsby, Gunby Hall and the Lincolnshire Transport museum.

Garden Cottage is ideally situated for exploring Lincolnshire without having to travel far to get to visit places of interest.. The Cottage is lovely set in very relaxing and beautifull grounds. Our Host made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed a great week at Garden Cottage and will return at some point in the future.

The owners were very friendly & welcoming, nice property.. The beds were really comfortable & the wet room was ideal for our needs. The soft seating was slightly low for us but that’s our fault as we have creeky legs. The location of the property is ideal for those who want tranquility but is however, within easy reach of Skegness & Mablethorpe if you want more excitement. Would consider returning.

We had a lovely restful stay at the cottage, sitting by the pond and watching wildlife.. We had planned on visiting several places in Lincolnshire during our stay, but as the car broke down and was in the garage for repair for 3 days, these have been put on the list next time.The cottage and all the facilities were up to our expectation. We hope that health will allow us to visit again in the future, and we will definitely recommend this cottage to our friends. We must also thank Marion and Geoff for being so kind and helpful.

A very warm welcome from Marion the owner upon our arrival.. The cottage was a real home from home set in beautiful surroundings in the grounds of the owners home. The cottage itself had everything we needed and was well laid out and spotlessly clean. The pond and the gardens were absolutely wonderful and the summer house is another superb bonus. The peace and quiet led to a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Marion was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the Lincolnshire area. We were looking for a good location for various areas to visit and walk in Lincolnshire and this suited us very well. The cottage had everything we needed for a short stay and owners were very friendly and helpful. We would've made more use of the garden area in better weather but it looked lovely anyway.

We really enjoyed our stay in Garden Cottage, the owners of the cottage were very helpful indeed and very knowledgeable about the local area.. The accommodation is beautiful and the gardens are very pretty too. We highly recommend Garden Cottage.
