Sitting on the edge of the Wolds in a peaceful farming hamlet, you have wonderful walks and cycling right on your doorstep. Horncastle sits just 7 miles away, famous for its many antiques and collectables shops and offering an abundance of independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. Louth, just under 10 miles, is a Georgian market town, known for its specialist grocers, and local butchers. It is also home to The Cheese Shop, which has gained nationwide recognition, including in The Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, and on The Hairy Bikers' Food Tour of Britain. Mablethorpe with its award winning blue flag sandy beaches is just over 23 miles away, with lots of wonderful attractions, such as the aquarium, laser quest and wildlife sanctuary. There is bench seating and a large lawned area at the front, with far outstretched country views and fruit trees on the lawn. At the back of the property are some wonderful dining benches, enjoying the best sunny spots and creating the perfect space for everyone to make the most of the stunning outside spaces this property enjoys.
