The open-plan living space comprises of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine, a sitting area with a TV and woodburning stove and a dining area with seating for four. There are two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is off-road parking for 2 cars, a front garden with lawn, patio and furniture and access an orchard. This property accepts one well-behaved dog. No smoking. Shop within 3.2 miles, pub within 3.3 miles. A rural retreat to Lincolnshire awaits with a stay at 1 Eastview. Note: The property next door is accessed via the driveway, but is gated off. Note: Please be aware that the garden is not enclosed and open to the surrounding farmland and road, please take care and ensure that children and pets are supervised at all times. Note: Back to back bookings can only happen on a Saturday or Sunday
