Westerby is a semi-detached bungalow located close to Alford in Lincolnshire. It has a king-size double and a twin room as well as a wet room, it can sleep four people. It has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. It has a lawn and patio to the rear with furniture as well as ample off road parking. An impressive bungalow with a pub on site set in an incredible part of England. Please Note:16th till 23rd March and 29th June till 8th July the pub will be closed.

Area
Alford is a charming market town in Lincolnshire. It is set at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty about 11 miles north-west of Skegness. There is a wide range of shops including a grocers and two butchers as well as a large shop which specialises in doll’s houses and their contents. Alford has become an important centre for arts and crafts with many markets held throughout the year. The main market is held in the Market Place every Tuesday and Friday with the craft market being held every August as well as Christmas markets every year. Alford is known for its Grade 1 listed working windmill, which is used commercially to produce stone-ground organic flour. Alford Manor House is a central point in the town, with its exhibitions and museum as well as a tea room and open gardens.

Fantastic, from getting there to leaving.. Very clean and tidy, a very nice gift left for us too. Very warm building, pity the shower didn't get hot A great place to use as a base, it's in the middle of the coast attractions. The pub was a very friendly place too. Very friendly Owners, we were given food for breakfast, and tea and coffee.. The property being on the site of a very well stocked Pub with a very good Restaurant was also very handy!

Westerby Lodge has been built up by a very hospitable and knowledgeable couple whose aim was for us to have the best stay possible.. This is a lovely cottage, clean and well-equipped and dog-friendly! It's a great base from which to explore, within reasonable distance of Mablethorpe and Skegness, and there are many fabulous, scenic walks. The Railway Tavern is metres away- bonus!

We really enjoyed our stay at Westerby Lodge, the hosts met us on arrival and were really friendly from the start.. The rooms were spotless of good size and well appointed The pub (The Railway Tavern) on the site was a short walk away and the food there was excellent. Skegness, Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea were a short drive away. We have been to this area many times over the last 40 years but this was definitely our best visit and to top it all, seven days without rain, great.

Beautiful cottage very well appointed specially for disabled.. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Excellent meals and great atmosphere provided in the railway tavern pub next door. Very highly recommend.
