The living areas consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and breakfast bar, there is also a sitting room with Smart TV and electric flame-effect stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a ground-floor king-size, a double and a second-floor twin all serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture and covered area with hot tub. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and a highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. Note: The stairs to the second floor are quite steep, please take care. Note: There is further parking nearby at a small charge each day. Please note: the property does not accept stag, hens or similar parties.

Area
Lincolnshire is home to the quaint coastal village of Mablethorpe. You can take in the sea air while strolling along the town's sandy beach and dune system. There are a few chain stores and a wide variety of locally owned boutiques, cafes, and restaurants in Mablethorpe. In town, you can visit the Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary and hang out with seals and other tame creatures. Skegness, an old-school coastal resort just a few miles down the coast, is home to many kid- and family-friendly activities. Instead, you could travel inland to the town of Louth, which is home to Georgian streets lined with Grade II listed buildings, St. James Church, a theatre, an art deco cinema, a museum, a golf course, a modern leisure centre complex, excellent shopping (including market days every week), and a wide variety of eateries to suit any palate. An ideal location from which to explore the scenic countryside and coastline of Lincolnshire.
