This single-storey lodge has three bedrooms, a double and a king-size, each with Smart TVs and en-suite shower rooms, along with a family room with triple bunk and single, along with a bathroom. There’s also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a Smart TV with Netflix, Disney and Prime, a PlayStation 4 and a woodburning stove. Kitchen appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. Outside, there is a wraparound decking with furniture and a hot tub and private, off-road parking for three cars. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. Please note that there are steps up to the lodge and golfing, spa treatments and pool facilities are available at the park for additional fees. Area
The capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds is the lovely historic market town of Louth. The town has Georgian streets with Grade II-listed buildings, St James Church, a theatre, an art deco cinema, a museum, a golf course, a leisure centre complex, excellent shopping, including weekly market days, and a diverse range of eateries to suit all tastes. Cadwell Park, which is nearby, hosts car, bike, and kart racing. The Lincolnshire Wolds are an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with gentle rolling hills, charming villages, and excellent cycling and walking trails. Cleethorpes, Mablethorpe, and Sutton-on-Sea are all within a short drive, and Theddlethorpe Nature Reserve has miles of golden sandy beaches and incredible birdlife. Horncastle and Hemswell are also nearby for those interested in antiques.
