Holiday Rental Description

Found in the centre of town, a thirteen-minute walk from Lincoln's iconic Cathedral, this large family home has been restored with comfort and style in mind. Especially so, given the size of the two lounges. Add the dining area into the equation and the chef's kitchen (complete with four ovens), and you can see how there's plenty of room for everyone to carve out their own space. Two pull-out beds and two single sofa beds keep sleeping arrangements flexible, although these are best for children as they're on the smaller side.

Step out through the bi-fold doors onto a large patio area with garden furniture for seamless indoor and outdoor dining. Down from the patio is a large grass area and a hot tub suitable for seven people. This is the perfect garden for summer socials and barbecues.

Home truths:
*Two guests will sleep on single sofa beds in the second lounge. These aren't suitable for guests over 170cm and must be requested in advance. Four other guests will sleep on pull-out beds in two bedrooms. These are best suited to children as they're very low to the ground. They can be arranged as singles or a double.
*Four steps lead to the front door. There's also an internal staircase to the first floor and a few steps into the garden. The steps down to the lower patio are very high.
*Your host can provide a free cot and high chair on request. You'll need to bring your own cot linen.
*Two dogs are welcome to join you during your stay.
*Hen and stag parties aren't allowed.
*There’s free parking for six cars in the driveway.
*Although there isn't AC, your host provides portable fans.
*The dining space fits 14 guests comfortably, but can be arranged to seat 16 upon request.
*You'll have access to the whole home, excluding the garage.
*The hot tub is available from 9am to 9pm.
