Hill Top Cottage is a lovely cottage, located close to two other properties and set in the rural Lincolnshire countryside on the outskirts of the village of Welbourn, near Lincoln. This converted former cow byre can sleep two people. The all ground floor cottage has one double bedroom, a bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a private garden with furniture and secure bike storage. With the city of Lincoln within easy reach and so much to see and do, Hill Top Cottage is a wonderful holiday base.

Area
The village of Welbourn is amongst beautiful countryside and has a lovely local pub, The Joiners Arms for visitors to enjoy. The village is also within easy reach of the city of Lincoln, with so much to see and do, including visiting museums, ghost walks, taking a relaxing boat trip and wandering around the independent shops in the cathedral quarters.

Great little cottage in an ideal location to tour Lincoln and a short walk in to Welbourn village.. The large garden was a real plus , which we enjoyed whilst soaking up the sun, will be back again.

A wonderful break in a perfect cottage, lovely views, spacious living room, warm and cosy but with outside space too.. Perfect location for walking the mid section of The Viking Way plus ideal location for visiting Lincoln.

I enjoyed this cottage, last minute cycling holiday.. Never been to this part of Lincs so it was a good base to explore from. It was very peaceful and everything worked. Nice, secluded and private. The shed to store the bike was useful. Owner helpful. All in all would recommend.

This was not a holiday but a stop gap between house purchases.. Great place to use as a base, and we did just that. The owner was very nice and welcomed us, and kept an eye on us which was very nice. A car is essential as you are well out of the village, but a lovely place to stay. Well Done!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this very comfortable cottage.. It was ideally located as a base for all the places we wanted to visit. Would definitely consider staying there again as it is such a nice part of the country and plenty of things to see & walks to do.
