Sorry, no pets and no smoking. In 1.6 miles there is a shop and 0.2 miles, a pub. The Coach House is a lovely base for exploring Lincolnshire. Note: Outdoor pool available May to September (Contact Sykes to confirm) has no lifeguard, heating takes 48 hours plus charge of 200 GBP & weather may affect temperature. Note: Zip/link beds need a week's notice. Note: Commercial bookings need owner agreement, contact Sykes, owner has right to decline. Note: No stag/hen dos. Note: There is a GHB of 500 GBP.

Area Find Burton-le-Coggles, a charming Conservation Area Village on the outskirts of Stamford in the South Lincolnshire countryside. The village has a Grade II listed Anglican parish church, a village hall, and the award-winning Cholmeley Arms country bar, while nearby Corby Glen has more amenities. Easton Walled Gardens, a neighbouring site, is definitely worth a visit, lying in a lovely rolling valley with the rumbles of the A1 hidden behind a belt of trees, holding a wealth of decorative outbuildings, shrubberies, meadows, and a rose garden, all set in a colourful and vibrant environment.
