To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, lockable bike storage for two bikes, and a front patio area with furniture. Situated in a lovely location, nestling in countryside, Sunnybrook Cottage is a wonderful retreat in a pleasant part of England.

Area
Waddington is a great choice for a holiday in this area. The village is a regular winner of the Lancashire Best Kept Village awards. The surrounding Forest of Bowland, is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For amenities, the nearby market town of Clitheroe is famed for its specialist shops of all types, with award-winning restaurants and country hotels situated throughout the valley, and annual events including a number of agricultural shows and day festivals.

Although the cottage is suitable for disabled persons the area it is located you cant safely walk or take an invalid scooter into the village of Waddington as there is no footpath..

Sunnybrook cottage is an old farm building which has been expertly converted to the highest specifications.. It offers a great degree of comfort and is comprehensively equipped with everything the short-stay or longer stay holidaymaker could possibly need. The cottage is ideally situated on the edge of the Forest of Bowland and within easy reach of the Yorkshire Dales. Anyone staying at Sunnybrook will almost certainly want to make a return visit.

We had a fantastic week in the gorgeous cottage.. It was really well designed to give as much room as possible. Very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was nice and the shower fantastic. Plenty of room in the cottage for 2. Would definitely return.

Hosts were outstanding & sunnybrook cottage was out of this world.. The old cow barn has been renuvated to an excellent standard with an amazing mix of modern comforts & country chic. Had a wonderful week at Sunnybrook cottage, it was immaculate, couldn't have wished for a more perfect place to stay, Graham and Jean were so helpful when needed but unobtrusive, which was brilliant.. We thought the location was perfect too, just a short walk to 3 very nice eateries and lots of lovely walks on the doorstep. Will definitely return very soon . .
