The sitting area has a TV and electric stove-effect fire and there is a first-floor snug with a TV, window seat and sofa. Outside, there is parking for 4 cars and gardens with a patio, lawns, patio furniture and a hot tub and adjoining shower room. 4 well-behaved dogs welcome at a supplementary price and there is a dog wash to the rear with hot water and towels. Sorry no smoking. There is a shop within 0.7 miles and a pub is within 0.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
