Outside, you will find a small courtyard with table and chairs. La Plage is a wonderful property to explore Kent.

Walmer is a quiet, residential town resting on the coast, within the district of Dover. Sharing a number of amenities with the neighbouring town, Deal the town plays host to a wealth of pubs, restaurants, shop and a thriving high street to explore. Whilst here, you can explore the iconic White Cliffs of Dover and miles of Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Region
Kent is affectionately known as the Garden of England. Its history and heritage provide the region with a rich array of sightseeing possibilities, while the stunning choice of Blue Flag beaches offer the chance to enjoy the beautiful coastline.

Kitchen with an lectric oven and gas hob, microwave, toaster, washing machine. Smart TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Courtyard garden with table and chairs. Free roadside parking across the road from the property. One pet welcome (must remain downstairs). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within a 1-minute walk. Note: Access to family bathroom is through the double bedroom.

Well positioned for walking the dog and early morning runs as the sea front path was just across the road.. About a brisk ten minute walk into Deal where there were plenty of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants plus a train station. Good rail and bus links which enabled us to do linear walks and return on public transport with a tired dog. We enjoyed sitting in the sunny back yard, or upstairs in the bay window from where there was a super view out to sea and less traffic noise from the busy road. No problem parking as we always found a space near to the property. Very well equipped kitchen with a useful porch leading off it, ideal for dog basket and bowls. Upstairs was fine for just two of us as the bathroom was accessed through the rear bedroom but would be awkward for two couples. Ample storage space in both bedrooms.

Yes , I would like to say all of my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at la plage, and so well equipped ,ex, from kitchen utensils, to all kitchen/bathroom , facilities and accessories, including essentials ,such as coffees,teas ,sugar etc.. . and such a lovely comfortable place to stay, enjoyed visiting the local deal/walmer castles , and the local town , just a few minutes away , again with all amenities , would also like to say thank you to Keith Anderson,our host for checking on us making sure we had everything we needed, such a nice friendly guy, very kind and thoughtful!!
