Southeast Kent's Lyminge village is located on a road that travels through the Elham Valley and is only five miles from Folkestone and the Channel Tunnel. In the vicinity, there is a diverse range of vegetation, animals, and wildlife, including badgers, different types of deer, and wild boar that are suspected to have escaped from farmed populations. It is a bustling community with many small businesses, a pub that serves fantastic food and frequently holds events, a coffee shop, a hair salon, and a library. Being the oldest structure in the community, the parish church is well worth a visit. It has a long and interesting history and has been standing since 633 AD.
