This property is located just one mile outside the West Wight village of Shalfleet, a pretty part of the island with a welcoming village pub and handy convenience store.

Two miles north of the property, the Newton National Nature Reserve is a managed by the National Trust and offers tranquil walks around the harbour and estuary and even has an interesting 17th century former town hall, which is now a museum dedicated to the area s turbulent political past. Due to the small size of the Isle of Wight, all of the island s attractions are easily accessible, including Alum Bay, Cowes, Osborne House, Robin Hill Park, and the seaside resorts of Ryde, Shanklin, and Ventnor.
