Outside there is a private paddock and cooking area with gas cooker, barbecue and furniture, as well as a communal lawn and field with pitch, put golf, football, pizza oven and outdoor play area; there is also off-road parking available. Within 1.6 miles you will find a shop and within 1.4 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for wooburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Moonlight is an ideal base for a peaceful escape on the Isle of Wight.

At the southernmost point of the island, the small Victorian beach town of Ventnor is reachable through a number of winding, hilly roads that are surrounded by stunning landscape. This picturesque hamlet, which is protected by St. Boniface Down, one of the island's highest points and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, has a very warm microclimate that encourages the growth of exotic and tropical flora all over the place. While the harbour provides a wide variety of fresh fish and locally-caught seafood, the gently sloping sandy and fine shingle beaches and coves give good facilities for watersports and offer a variety of breathtaking coastal routes to explore. With a superb selection of fine dining establishments, Ventnor is one of the most prestigious foodie destinations on the Isle of Wight.Bistros, pubs and shops along the esplanade and close to the town centre. The Botanical Gardens are within easy reach and well worth a visit, whilst around the island there are great walking and cycling opportunities, medieval castles, historic houses and a variety of gardens and waterfalls, as well as the unspoilt fishing bay. This great holiday destination has plenty to offer all year-round, and it's easy to see why it's known as the prettiest place on the Isle of Wight!
