Beachcombers is a semi-detached holiday cottage, converted from Island Stone farm buildings and set in 30 acres of farmland, between St Lawrence and Ventnor on the Isle of Wight. The cottage has four bedrooms, including a double room on the first floor, and three bedrooms on the ground floor, along with a family bathroom and a shower room. The kitchen and dining area are also downstairs, while the sitting room is on the first floor. There is also the use of a shared games room, a private patio with sea views, garden furniture and a barbecue, plus bike storage and off road parking. The beach is a five-minute walk away and the cottage has direct access onto the Isle of Wight Coastal Path, making Beachcombers ideal for a holiday by the sea!

Four bedrooms: 1 x double, 2 x ground floor twin, 1 x ground floor adult bunks. Ground floor bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. First floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. First floor sitting room. Shared external games room with table tennis and badminton nets.There is an outdoor play area with swings, slide & climbing frame. There is also a basketball hoop and a large play field below the barns, with pitch and putt, football goal, picnic tables & plenty of space for games & kite flying.

Area
The Victorian seaside resort of Ventnor is situated at the southern end of the Isle of Wight. The town is sheltered by St. Boniface Down, one of the island's highest points, and it also offers sandy and shingle beaches, the Botanical Gardens, shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Region
The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.

The location of Beachcombers us amazing.. Right on the coastal walks, very peaceful with restaurants a short drive away. The turning in to the drive is a bit tricky but we got used to it. The owners provided more than we expected in that there were toilet rolls, kitchen towels, sanitizer, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc - all of which we had bought with us so it would have been good to know that those sort of items were provided as we needn't have worried too much. We did have occasion to pull out one of the single beds and were surprised to find it was very dusty behind, it obviously hadn't been cleaned behind for some time as we found a very dusty child's toy as well. We would return to the farm however, maybe even consider bringing the whole family and use all cottages.

We had a wonderful time there, thank you so much.. A great venue for a family get together! We would definitely come over again. The lounge was such a lovely place to hang out in with its great view. We particularly liked being off the beaten track and near to the sea! Thanks again.

Would have liked WiFi in the cottage to be able to look up local attractions and plan our days, but apart from that we had a great time..
