Steeped in history going back to the Stone Age, Brading is close to many attractions, Around the village there are 70 footpaths taking in the beauty of the marshlands and its amazing bird life, stretching to the Downs, which lie within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Brading also offers three welcoming pubs which serve food daily, a professional international auction room, with one to two auctions every month, specializing in fine art antiques and modern and vintage wares.

The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.

Note: Convenience store opposite will allow 5 minutes parking for loading/unloading only. Guests can also park down the side of the property on the drive. Property situated on main road through village, therefore associated road noise maybe heard.
