WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen towels and starter pack for woodburner are included in the price. Within 1.5 miles there is a shop and within 2.1 miles, a pub. The village of Peterchurch, with its few bars and restaurants, is located on the River Dore in the lovely Golden Valley, which is bordered to the west by the Black Mountains and to the east by mild hills. Hay-on-Wye, a charming market town just 10 miles away, is famous for its 30-plus book shops, superb pubs, restaurants, and antique shops, making it one of Wales' most popular tourist destinations. The village is surrounded by pastureland and forest and is close to the Offa's Dyke and Wye Valley footpaths, which are covered in primroses, violets, celandine, and bluebells in the spring.
