Area Leominster is located in the border countryside where England and Wales meet along Offa’s Dyke. Dating back to the 7th Century, the town of Leominster possesses some fine architecture such as the Priory Church, along with a wide variety of shops, cafes and pubs, it is the ideal place in which to spend a lazy afternoon strolling around in pleasant surroundings. Nearby is the smaller market town of Tenbury Wells situated on the banks of the River Teme. Dating back to the Iron Age and said to have been called 'my little town in the orchard' by Queen Victoria, Tenbury Wells boasts a unique 18th century bridge built by Thomas Telford, the Pump Rooms, which housed baths where local mineral water was available, and many other listed buildings dating back to the 17th century.

Not as clean as we would have liked, the furniture wasn't particularly comfortable and the linen was basic.. We felt we had over paid for what was basically a good view. We loved the area and will return but not to the Owl Barn.

Wonderful,peaceful and very well equipped kitchen! Plenty of safe space for 3 children to run around, bike, play. Berrington hall is literally 5 min away; full of things to see and do; we had to go visit twice

Great place to stay.. Nice and cosy. View from conservatory is fantastic. Located on a beautiful working farm with friendly owners on site. Cider apple orchards and woods next door which you can walk through. Perfect location for a quiet week away exploring Herefordshire which has stunning scenery and lots of places to visit. Our family's verdict......Perfect!

We had a very warm welcome on arrival and were shown around by Sue.. The barn was lovely inside and very well equipped. We were stunned by the fabulous views from the conservatory windows. It was a really fabulous place to spend our week and we would love to go back at some point. We visited many places of interest, including National Trust properties that were close by.
If you enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside with fabulous views this is a must.

The Owl Barn was well equipped with every modern appliance.. Clean and comfortable, I could not find any fault with the accommodation and would thoroughly recommend it to anybody seeking a quiet and relaxing holiday.

This property looked delightful on the website and it was even more lovely in reality.. The conservatory had fabulous views across the fields and hills and watching the sunset each evening was wonderful. The owner was friendly and helpful. It was on a farm and very peaceful - yet only a few minutes drive from Leominster. The Hereford trail passed nearby for walking and there are several national trust properties and country parks in the vicinity. I had a fabulous, relaxing and enjoyable week. I was lucky that the adjoining cottage was empty for the week. I am not sure it would have been the same with people looking in at me from their conservatory or making a noise. But that's just a personal thing.

We had a lovely family holiday at Owl Barn with a warm welcome .. The cottage was very comfortable for our family of 6. The lawn at the front was ideal for the kids to play. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here.

Very welcoming and pleasant owner on site, which makes all the difference.. Outstanding 180degree panoramic countryside views from the conservatory as the cottage is located on a hillside, but only about 2 - 3 miles from Leomnster.

Lovely views and everything worked as it should.. Could improve information about recommended places to eat locally. Would be good if teatowels and washing pods were supplied.
I managed to unintentionally leave with one of the towels from the cottage. Did the owners want us to return it?
