Area Redlynch is a small village resting upon the cusp of the New Forest National Park in Wiltshire. Home to a Post Office with village shop and The Woodfalls Inn and The King's Head pubs, the village is also well-positioned near the amenities of Downton, where visitors will find further shops, pubs and facilities. With the New Forest National Park nearby, plenty of walking and cycling opportunities are available, whilst city-goers will relish in the chance to tour Salisbury, its historic buildings and markets, high streets of shops and eateries, with attractions including Salisbury Cathedral, museums and the National Trust property of Mompesson House. From Salisbury, a tour bus can take you up to Stonehenge whilst a direct train can take you to the city of Bath for the day. Further local areas of interest include Lyndhurst (known as the capital of the New Forest) and the Beaulieu Motor Museum and the sandy beaches at Bournemouth, all reachable through the gateway of Redlynch.
