It’s not in the city centre, so you’ll need to hop on the tram at Cemetery Road (a five-minute walk) but once you’re on board you can reach Piccadilly in under 20 minutes. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, from fast Wi-Fi for remote work to a fully equipped kitchen for cosy nights in with a home-cooked meal. The dining table doubles up as a workspace, and the living area with Smart TV is great for winding down after a long day, making it the perfect base.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. Though there's enough bed space for eight people here, we think it might feel a little cramped. We'd recommend a maximum guest count of six.
