You can't do much better than Kensington for a central London stay. Here, fashionable boutiques and chic eateries abound. If sightseeing is on the agenda, you'll find world-class museums, Kensington Palace, and Hyde Park all within easy reach. This top-floor apartment is in the heart of this upscale neighbourhood, tucked inside a classic red-brick building. The roof terrace and its views are the star of the show – we can't think of a better setting for summer evenings. Even with two guests sleeping on a sofa bed, we find this to be a comfortable, convenient option.

Home truths:
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the second bedroom. We think it's best suited to children or adults on a short visit.
*Although there's a lift in the building, stairs are required to reach the roof terrace. These are open-tread, which may not be suitable for little ones.
*We think the living space may feel a bit cramped for all four guests, as the only place to sit is the sofa.
*Upon arrival, you may need to collect the keys from a different address – please get in touch for more information.
*You’ll be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival, as well as provide proof of ID for every guest.
