Private balcony, herringbone floors, and open-plan living – this flat ticks a lot of our boxes. It’s surprisingly roomy for a one-bed, with a farmhouse-style table for four if you fancy hosting, a proper workspace, and a velvet sofa to sink into after a long day. The neighbourhood has a peaceful, local feel, while Crystal Palace Park – dinosaurs and all – is just a stroll away.
