*Mobile phone reception is poor here, typically better outside the home.
*There are steps between rooms and some uneven floorboards in the main bedroom. It may not be the best option for those with limited mobility.
*There is a two-foot-deep disused culvert running alongside the garden wall. If you're travelling with children, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*Due to space restrictions for a cot, this home is only suitable for two infants.
*An initial supply of logs and kindling is provided for the wood burner between October and the end of March.
