The Smithy is a detached, Cotswold cottage based in Broadwell, Gloucestershire. The property is packed with history as it used to be home to the village blacksmith, with his workshop tucked away next door.The old workshop barn next door hasn’t been touched, so part of its original history remains intact. Downstairs has an open-plan fitted kitchen with a dining area, as well as a living room with an electric flame effect fire, as well as a ground floor cloakroom and WC. Upstairs has two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and WC, and a twin bedroom. There is a separate wet room style shower room and WC. There is a large garden area, with a terrace and a table and chairs. Ample off road parking is provided. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome at an additional charge of £25.00.

In less than an hour, you can reach the nearby regency spa town of Cheltenham.
